Our Manager:

Welcome to Cascade Self Storage located on Narregan Street.  As self storage evolves and owners are getting away from having managers live on site, we still believe it's important to have a manager who lives onsite.  

Our managers and staff are knowledgeable and ready to assist you with your self storage needs. They are happy to give you a tour of the facility and answer your questions.  

We do our very best to make your experience the best it can be.  Our company will provide you with a complimentary bottle water while you're working in your storage space.  We care about our facility and our occupants.  

We truly appreciate your business and will do our very best to make your experience great. We are the storage facility with a difference.  Each year we host a  “Customer Appreciation” Christmas party for our occupants and prospective customers.

Cascade Self Storage is active in the community. Our on-going community service projects include sponsorship the American and National Little League Teams and sponsorship at golf tournaments for our Military Veterans.  We are active members in our local area Chambers of Commerce in Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point in Jackson County. We are also active members in the Josephine County Chamber of Commerce, and in Douglas County we are members of the Sutherlin and Winston Chambers of Commerce. We have also enjoyed sponsoring the Jacksonville Booster Club, The Maslow Project and SOHumane in Medford. Each year each facility hosts food and toy drives that benefit the residents and children in need in the respective communities of Jackson, Josephine and Douglas Counties.  We network with other local businesses.  Our facility offers a community bulletin board where other businesses can leave their business cards, brochures, and flyers for our customers to see and use. 

Our Company

HCA Property Management Company is a family owned company whose business is the ownership and operation of manufactured housing communities and self storage facilities. We have been in this business since 1964. We have developed and acquired these communities and storage facilities for long term investment.

We feel we have the best managers and staff that can be found. Our managers are always continuing their education and training on the self storage industry. The company continues their training by sending them to storage association seminars and through monthly manager meetings. Our managers are the primary authority in charge of the facility and we work closely with the managers, giving them guidance and the backing they need to run the everyday operations.

We believe strongly in home, family and community. Our managers and facilities participate in community and charitable activities and events. We sponsor our Military families through event sponsorships. We proudly fly the American Flag at all our storage facilities.
