Our Manager:
Welcome to Cascade Self Storage located at 1011 Narregan Street. As the self storage industry evolves and many facilities move away from having managers live on site, we still believe it is important to have onsite managers available.
Our managers and staff are knowledgeable and ready to assist you with your self storage needs. They are happy to give you a tour of the facility and answer any questions you may have.
We do our very best to make your experience the best it can be. Our company provides complimentary bottled water while you’re working in your storage space. We care about our facility and about our occupants.
We appreciate your business and strive to make every customer’s experience a great one. We are a storage facility with a difference. Every December we host a Customer Appreciation Christmas Party for our occupants and prospective customers.
Cascade Self Storage believes in being active in the community. Our managers are involved within our communities. We are active members in the Chambers of Commerce including Medford, Jacksonville, and Central Point. We believe in supporting local businesses and maintaining strong community connections.
Our Company
HCA Property Management Company is a family-owned company whose business focuses on the ownership and operation of manufactured housing communities and self storage facilities. We have been in this business since 1964 and have developed and acquired these communities and storage facilities as long-term investments.
We believe we have some of the best managers and staff in the industry. Our managers continually further their education and training within the self storage industry. The company supports this training - holding annual training seminars and monthly manager training meetings. Our managers are the primary authority in charge of their facility, and we work closely with them—providing guidance and the support they need to successfully manage the daily operations.
We strongly believe in the importance of home, family, and community. Our managers and facilities actively participate in community and charitable activities and events. We proudly support military families through event sponsorships and proudly fly the American flag at all of our storage facilities.
